    Gamineazy Gift Certificates are a great way to let the gamers in your friends/ family circles how much they mean to you – FREE Gaming at Gamineazy!!!

    This option is great for parents/ guardians who prefer to pre-pay in advance for a limited game-time without having to to worry about cash dealings by the children. This plan also assures controlled gaming access for children and young adults (Parents/ guardians can give us instructions along with the purchase, to ensure limited game time each day/week/ period for the recipient).

    How does it work?

    • The person purchasing the Gift certificate can select a suitable Gift-card type based on the type of recipient or usage
    • Read the terms and conditions and fill out the Gift Card details. The form submitted will be used for creating the Gift Certificate.
    • Select the denomination for the Gift certificate in multiples of Rs. 500/- and place the order.
    • Our team will send the Gift Certificate to the intended recipient.
    • The person redeeming the gift certificate visits a Gamineazy Center and presents the card details at the reception.
    • The Certificate amount acts like virtual currency for the recipient and managed as gift card balance at the center.
    • The amount would be added to the balance for the customer to be utilized for game time in any of the zones in one or more visits.
    • This card type entitles the recipient to enjoy Gaming at any of Gamineazy’s physical Recreation Center locations up to the value on the card.
    • Usage would be tracked and restricted (if instructions are received from parents/ guardians to limit game-time).

    Game-play Terms and Conditions:

    • This certificate value cannot be used for purchase or any other products/ services at any of Gamineazy’s centers.
    • The balance needs to be used by within 6 (SIX) months after redemption of the gift certificate or ONE year from the issue of the Gift-certificate (whichever is earlier).
    • Certificates redeemed at any center requires the entire balance to be used at that location only. Points cannot be used across Gamineazy locations.

    Gamineazy Gift Card Terms and Conditions

    Gift Cards/ Certificates may only be redeemed toward the purchase of eligible products/ services on www.gamineazy.com and/ or at any of the Gamineazy locations enabled to accept the Gift Cards. Purchases are deducted from the redeemer's Gift Card balance. Any unused Gift Card balance will remain associated with the redeemer's Card balance account at the center and applied to purchases/ services, in order of earliest expiration date.

    If a purchase exceeds the redeemers Gift Card balance, the remaining amount must be paid by credit card, net banking, debit card or other available payment modes. No fees or charges apply to Gift Cards.

    Gift Cards, including any unused Gift Card balances, expire ONE YEAR from the date of issuance. You may request for re-validation of any expired Gift Cards. Upon receipt of such request, the Gift Card may be re-validated after due verification and subject to applicable terms and conditions.

    Gift Cards may only be purchased in denominations of up to Rs. 10,000, or such other limits as Gamineazy may determine. Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards. Gift Cards cannot be reloaded, resold, transferred for value or redeemed for cash. Except as provided hereunder or as per applicable law, amount in your Gift Cards will not be refunded to you under any circumstances. No refund will be provided in cash, at any point of time.

    Unused Gift Card balances may not be transferred to another users account. No interest will be payable by Gamineazy on any Gift Card or Gift Card balance. Gamineazy makes no representation or warranty that the website and/or Stores/ centers will always be accessible without interruption.

    Gamineazy is not responsible if a Gift Card is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission. Gamineazy Management will have the right to close customer accounts and take payment from alternative forms of payment if a fraudulently obtained Gift Card is redeemed and/or used to make purchases on our website or physical stores/ locations.

    These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. You and Gamineazy each agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bangalore. You agree to indemnify Gamineazy for all claims brought by a third party against it or its affiliates arising out of or in connection with a breach of any of these terms and conditions.

    GAMINEAZY DOES NOT MAKE ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO GIFT CARDS, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN THE EVENT A GIFT CARD IS NON-FUNCTIONAL, YOUR SOLE REMEDY WILL BE THE REPLACEMENT OF SUCH GIFT CARD. IF APPLICABLE LAW DOES NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES, SOME OR ALL OF THE ABOVE DISCLAIMERS, EXCLUSIONS, OR LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU, AND YOU MAY HAVE ADDITIONAL RIGHTS.

    Gamineazy reserves the right to change these Gift Card terms and conditions from time to time in its discretion and without prior notice to you. All terms and conditions are applicable to the extent permitted by law.
