RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

Our policy lasts 30 days for most products purchased from our store. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we would not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, we would require a receipt or proof of purchase. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We would be able to provide a support if you write to [email protected] with your order details and concerns. We would then be able to guide you toward the correct course of action.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned directly to us, especially if we are re-sellers of the products. For example, game disks and/or certain gaming hardware products may require support from the manufacturer and/or game distributor (this would also be indicated on the product’s original wrapper, including contact details in case of concerns).

Additional non-returnable items:
– Gift cards/ vouchers
– Downloadable software products
– Certain merchandise like posters/ stickers. etc.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at [email protected] and we would send you instructions on how to proceed.

Please write to [email protected] with your order details and concerns to help us identify if your item qualifies for a refund.

For refund processing, we may require the item(s) to be shipped back to us for inspection, at your cost. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

There are certain situations where refunds may be denied or only partial refunds granted:

– Any item not in its original condition, tampered with, damaged due to misuse or products with missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
– Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed and we will provide instructions and next steps. Typically, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded/ returned. Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Please note that you would be responsible for paying shipping costs for any returns/ exchanges. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are eligible for Return/ refund/ Exchange processing, we would be able to assist you with the steps for shipping, if applicable.
To return your product, you would first be required to send us an email at [email protected] and we would send you instructions on how to proceed.

Please note that you would be responsible for paying shipping costs for any returns/ exchanges. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Returns/ Exchange processing time would be dependent on the item being returned reaching us in a timely manner and availability of the item(s) to be exchanged. We may not always be able to estimate the time for completing the process. We cannot be held responsible for returned items not reaching us. To avoid such issues, please ensure that a reliable shipping partner is selected for your transaction.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
